1st Year We Go Wide. 2nd Year We’re Going Deep.

Y2 is here to guide you through continuing to build your culture and build on the systems that make a 7-figure salon. This is where the rubber meets the road and we teach exceptional salons how to go next level.

  • You’ll have a Roadmap that leads to a Revenue and Profit goal for the next 12 months. You and a Professor will fill in 1-3 Quarterly focuses at the start of every 90 days. Each focus has its own “solution” deadline within the 3 months. This will act as our Roadmap, broken down into 4 quarters and again into solution deadlines. This keeps us on track so you hit the two, 12-month goals.

  • Your first call will focus on creating and filling in your Q1 focuses in your Salon Forecast. You’ll also set the solution deadlines in Asana for each focus.

    Focuses include how, when and how many to hire + train, taking your leadership to the next level, and having accountability for the things you say you want.

  • Receive guidance toward your Profit and Revenue Goal: We will see the numbers of each person on your team and give you guidance for individual people or all of your people, depending on what we see. You can use this to ask questions/coach your team throughout the month.

    Guidance towards your Solution Deadlines for the current Quarter: We’ll know what Quarterly Focus you’re currently working on and its solution deadline. We’ll guide you with the most important things to tackle to meet the deadline.

  • If you do have leadership in the course with you: We are creating Asana SOPs with their daily/weekly/quarterly/ 6mos and yearly tasks. You can customize this to fit your salon’s needs and they can delegate certain tasks to other team members too. 3 months into Year 2, we want their roles to be completely finalized!

  • When you renew for Year 2 with us you’ll receive up to 3 invites to a 2-day in-person retreat!!! We have been asked to do this for years! The invitations are for the Owner and leaders taking the course and are included in your tuition.

Y2 Includes Full Access To:

  • RLCEO Slack Workspace

    You’ll stay in all Slack Channels and be added to the private Year 2 Slack channel for high-level support + collaboration exclusive to Y2 students.

  • Blackboards + Critiques

    Y2 students are encouraged to continue joining weekly blackboard sessions and submit work to get feedback + support from the professors.

  • RLCEO Course Lessons

    You’ll keep access to all RLCEO Course Lessons for another year and we’ll re-visit, polish up, and finalize what you’ve already implemented. Year 2 does not introduce another year’s worth of new lessons!

  • Enrolling in Year 2 will give you more time to implement the curriculum with laser-focused guidance on where you’re needing the most support. And you’ll have the full support of the professors too so you’re not trying to work through anything on your own.

  • Nope. We use the same RLCEO lessons for both years. Unless we add or update lessons to the main course, the lessons will remain the same.

  • We’d love that! Any team members who took Year 1 with you are invited to continue on to Y2. And as always, you’re able to add/remove team members over the course of the year if you need to.

  • Absolutely not! Year 2 is the next step for Rich Life CEO. Whether you completed the entire course or still have a little bit to get through, Year 2 is designed to deepen your results, sharpen your leadership, and expand your revenue.
