How It Works

In each chapter, you’ll LEARN, DO, + COLLABORATE to implement the proven strategies + systems we use in our own salons.

Once you enroll, you’ll have immediate access to the course website so you’re able to get started as soon as you’d like and move through each chapter at your own pace.

The professors will be there to guide, support, and hold you accountable to implement what you’re learning in each chapter by communicating with you on our communication platform, group zoom calls, or 1:1 calls.

Rich Life CEO is not a program where you watch a bunch of videos and then never do anything with them.

As you’re working through each chapter, you’ll be ‘doing’ as you go. Your Small Teams Professor will review what you create and work closely with you to get the systems implemented, and set up in your salon, as well as work directly with your team so you have full support as you roll out new changes.

Change can be scary, but it’s a heck of a lot easier to go through when you’re not doing it alone. You’ll have 24/7 access to our communication platform to connect and get support from the professors as well as the other salon owners who’re in the program.

We have a ‘mastermind’ style zoom call each week where you’re able to bring any topic to the table to discuss with the group. You’ll also have 1:1 calls with your Small Teams Professor to ensure that you’re on track and not getting stuck.

  • RLCEO is designed for you to work at your own pace, so the time commitment is up to you and what your current schedule looks like. However, we do recommend being able to give at least 5 hours a week of focus time to the program.

  • For legal reasons, our systems do not support booth rental salons.

  • All of the RLCEO professors are salon owners who have been through the program themselves. Each of their salons has fully implemented the systems we teach and are operating at a 20%+ profit margin. Every professor has also been through personal development programs such as Landmark, Redesign Trainings, and Tony Robbin’s Unleash The Power Within.
